I'm short so when I got the XL based on thigh measurements I didn't expect it to be quite so lose in the knee. I measured at 18 inches so I went safe and went with the XL when the L would have been a better fit.
But I wear it when I work and workout and it does the trick.

When first putting it on, the straps attached to the fabric. Don't let that happen. Only attach to the Velcro so its "Velcro on Velcro". if you don't, the fabric tends to fray and looks like it could tear easily. Have not used this product in action playing sports but it seems to give comfortable support and the fabric seems to allow air in and out of the fabric so you do not sweat as much underneath the fabric

I have a really bad right knee -old football injury, and heading for a knee replacement. I purchased the knee brace as we are on an extended overseas holiday and will be doing a lot of walking. Very comfortable brace. With other braces that I have, they normally roll or don't stay up, but I've never had an issue like that with this brace. The straps really help to keep the brace up and secure. Compression support is an added plus. Also, I can wear those over my pants (tight ones of course) and it's amazing!

The knee supports stay in place and are very comfortable. What I noticed was that they target various different trigger points in my knee, given that the knee brace is nice and long. I've had meniscus issues in the past and this brace has really helped me recover from those issues. I bought a few more for my relatives and family, just as a precaution :)
